Why you keep falling off your plan when life gets busy — and the identity shift that makes it stop.
For high-stress men 25–39 who keep getting in shape and losing it. A live working session, not a passive webinar — you’ll leave with the first draft of your own bare-minimum plan.
You’ve gotten in shape before but can’t seem to stay there.
You know what to do, but keep falling off when work or stress ramps up.
You’re tired of starting over every few months with the same cycle.
You want a system that works on your worst weeks — not just your best ones.
What we’ll cover
Part 1 — Why discipline-based plans keep failing you
It’s not willpower. Most plans only work under ideal conditions, and your life doesn’t run on ideal conditions. You’ll see the exact point where plans collapse — and why “trying harder” makes the cycle worse, not better.
Part 2 — The identity shift
The difference between men who stay in shape and men who keep trying to get in shape isn’t discipline — it’s who they’ve decided they are. We’ll make that concrete and behavioral: what it changes on a Tuesday night after a brutal day, not vague mindset talk.
Part 3 — Your bare-minimum floor
You’ll draft your own personal minimum — the floor that means you never go back to zero on a hard week. This is the part you’ll use the next morning, whether or not we ever talk again.
We end with live Q&A. Bring your specific situation — shift work, travel, kids, all of it.
Your worst weeks, two ways
When life hits
A discipline-based plan
A bare-minimum system
Work explodes for two weeks
The plan quietly dies by Wednesday
Your floor holds — you lose intensity, not identity
Travel or schedule chaos
“I’ll restart when I’m back”
Nothing to restart — the minimum travels with you
Evening stress eating
A willpower fight you eventually lose
A pre-decided response instead of a nightly battle
Six months later
Back at square one, again
Results compounded through the mess
No system makes hard weeks easy. The point is making them non-catastrophic.
Common questions
Is this going to be a sales pitch?
I teach the actual system — you’ll leave with tools you can use immediately. At the end, I’ll briefly explain how we can work together if it’s a fit, but the workshop stands on its own.
I’ve tried programs and coaching before and it didn’t stick. How is this different?
That’s exactly why I built this. Most programs are designed for ideal conditions. This one is built for the weeks when everything goes sideways.
What if I can’t make it live?
Register anyway — the replay goes out to registrants after each session. But the live version includes Q&A on your specific situation, so come live if you can.
Will this work if I travel a lot, work long hours, or have a family?
The system is specifically designed for men whose schedules aren’t predictable. That’s the whole point.
How long is it, and what platform?
60 minutes including Q&A, live on Zoom. Your link arrives in the confirmation email the moment you register.
What does it cost?
Nothing. No credit card, and nothing you learn requires buying anything to use.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. A pen and an honest look at your last couple of restart attempts is plenty.

“I knew what I should be doing, but in the evening my mood was completely different. I’d come home from work and just eat pizza because nobody was going to stop me. Now everything is a habit. The stress is the same, but it’s how I manage it.”
