A free 30-minute call to map exactly where your health breaks down under stress — and what to do about it.

You leave with a clear next step, whether or not we ever work together.

What we’ll do in 30 minutes

  • Map your current pattern — what’s working, what keeps collapsing, and when it collapses.
  • Find your single biggest failure point — it’s usually not what people expect.
  • Sketch the first version of your bare-minimum floor — the plan that holds on your worst weeks.
  • Get an honest recommendation — what I’d do in your situation, with or without coaching.

What this is not

This is not a disguised sales pitch or a pressure call. If coaching looks like a genuine fit, I’ll say so and explain exactly how it works. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too — and you keep the plan sketch either way.

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

A good fit if you’re

  • Serious about ending the start-stop cycle for good
  • Dealing with a demanding job, unpredictable weeks, or both
  • Willing to be honest about what’s actually been happening

Not a fit if you’re

  • Looking for a quick six-week shred
  • Wanting a meal plan handed to you with no behavior change
  • Not ready to change anything yet — no judgment, come back when you are

How it works

  1. Pick a time below that works for you.
  2. Answer a couple of short questions when you book so we don’t waste your 30 minutes on background.
  3. Show up — your Zoom link comes automatically with the booking confirmation.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes — 30 minutes, no charge, no card, no obligation.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. The booking questions cover the background; just show up ready to be straight about the last year or two.

What if I’m not ready to start coaching?

That’s fine. The call is still useful on its own — you’ll leave with a clearer picture and a first-draft floor. There’s no obligation attached.
